Catherine drafts handbooks and agreements, conducts fun and informative training, investigates allegations of workplace wrongdoing, assists with hiring and termination issues, as well as leave and reasonable accommodation matters.
Catherine developed strong substantive knowledge of employment law at the largest employment law firm in the world and for an AmLaw 100 firm. Since starting her own law firm in 2014, she has continued to represent both public and private employers with preventive counseling and aggressive litigation. Prior to attending law school, Catherine worked as an Operations Manager for a high-tech company in Seattle where she gained practical experience that helps her provide prudent advice to her clients and to relate to employees facing challenges with their employers.
As a former college athlete, Catherine looks to get the best result every time and sees every engagement as a competitive endeavor. She will fight to achieve the best result for her clients every time.
